第五、明顯密門，又開四別：一、通就諸經論明顯密，二、別舉《大品》對《法花》論顯密，三、就《法花》內自論顯密，四、料簡之。

Fifth, clarifying the gateway of the manifest and the secret, which again opens into four distinctions: 1. generally discussing the manifest and the secret across the various sūtras; 2. specifically taking the Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā in contrast to the Lotus Sūtra to discuss the manifest and the secret; 3. discussing the manifest and the secret within the Lotus Sūtra itself; 4. evaluating and discriminating them.
