四釋文，以於處識得自在故，亦心王說也。於中有三：初舉八方住處、二辨四海住處、三諸國住處。

Fourth, in explaining the text: because he has attained sovereignty over the consciousness of places, it is also spoken by Mind King. Within this there are three [parts]: first, raising the abodes in the eight directions; second, distinguishing the abodes in the four seas; third, the abodes in the various countries.
