15.93

第十三明下部相，有二：初是妙音轉法輪相。離垢清淨者，不同餘人之穢故。正法道者，非是穢路故。香炎等，明業用，照現佛內心及所證法界故。二宣暢佛因智嚴剎，故名莊嚴。

Thirteenth, clarifying the marks of the lower body, there are two: First is the mark of the wondrous sound turning the dharmacakra. "Free from defilement and pure" means that it is not like the filth of other people. "Right Path of the Dharma" means it is not a defiled path. "Fragrant flames" and so on clarifies the karmic function, because it illuminates and manifests the Buddha's inner mind and the realized dharmadhātu. Second, it proclaims the adornment of lands through the Buddha's causal wisdom, hence it is named "adornment."
