15.96

第十六髀相，有二：初右髀相，名普照示現雲者，眾寶現嚴故、妙法光現故、出聲寶嚴故、念念示心海故。二左髀相，名普照一切迴向海雲者，用中放光，普照一切眾生，令趣向佛海，故以為名。

Sixteenth, the marks of the thighs are two: First is the mark of the right thigh, named "cloud of universally illuminating and manifesting," because of all jewels manifesting adornment, because of the manifestation of the light of the wondrous Dharma, because of the emission of sounds of jeweled adornment, and because of demonstrating the ocean of mind thought after thought. Second is the mark of the left thigh, named "cloud of the ocean of dedication universally illuminating all," because in its function it emits light, universally illuminating all sentient beings and causing them to proceed toward the ocean of Buddhas, hence it is named thus.
