19.104

第二「時善財」下依教趣入中，一敬辭。二念法，十句，初一總、餘九別，皆是無壞法門之德。又釋：以此九行入彼法門。三漸遊至彼從東門入者，是開明之初，入證之始故也。中城住者，表離邊也。

Second, from "Then Sudhana" onward, within progressing according to the teaching: first, paying respect and taking leave. Second, contemplating the Dharma, in ten phrases: the first one is general, and the remaining nine are specific; they are all virtues of the indestructible Dharma approach. Another interpretation: one enters that Dharma approach by means of these nine practices. Third, gradually traveling there and entering through the eastern gate: this is because it is the beginning of enlightenment and the initial entry into realization. Residing in the center of the city expresses freedom from extremes.
