九表法者，若三乘中但寄人顯法，仍人非是法；若一乘中，此等諸人並是法界緣起法門。又此一眾即通三世間，以或作河池井泉水等國土身故。餘可知。

Ninth, 'expressing phenomena': if within the three vehicles, one merely lodges the teaching in persons to reveal phenomena, yet the persons are not the phenomena; if within the One Vehicle, all these persons are dharmadhātu conditioned arising teaching gates. Furthermore, this single assembly directly encompasses the three mundane realms, because they may also manifest as the bodies of lands such as rivers, pools, wells, and springs. The rest can be known.
