二加相者，謂彼諸佛皆以三業同作加，故口加語業，資其辨才；意加與智，增其慧悟；身加與力，令威過眾，表同於如來三輪攝化。又口加與辨令能說，意加冥被以增威，身加摩頂而令覺。

Second, concerning the marks of empowerment: it means those Buddhas all jointly confer empowerment through the three karmic activities: vocal empowerment through verbal karma aids their eloquence; mental empowerment bestows wisdom to augment their insightful awakening; physical empowerment bestows strength to make their majesty surpass the assembly, symbolizing conformity with the Tathāgata's gathering and transforming through the three wheels. Furthermore, vocal empowerment bestows eloquence to enable preaching; mental empowerment secretly blesses to increase majesty; physical empowerment pats the crown of the head to cause awakening.
