32.41

疏「言法性者」下，隨難別釋，先解法性、後解本字。今初有三：前之二義雖有依主、持業不同，然皆與法不得相即，以不變之性非妄法故。第三隨緣，與法不離，不即不離方為真性。

Regarding the Commentary's 'As for the dharmatā...' onward: it explains separately according to the difficulties, first explaining 'dharmatā' and then explaining the word 'originally.' Here, the first has three [meanings]: although the former two meanings differ as tatpuruṣa and karmadhāraya compounds, both cannot be identical with phenomena, because the unchanging nature is not delusional phenomena. The third, concordance with conditions, is not separate from phenomena; neither identical nor separate is truly the true nature.
