38.74

疏「皆神通力有上無上分」者，即第六分其勝進十法。即彼經云「佛子！此菩薩摩訶薩已能安住如是智，諸佛世尊復更為說三世智、法界差別智、遍一切世界智、照一切世界智、慈念一切眾生智，舉要言之乃至為說得一切智智。」

Regarding the commentary's statement, "All are powers of supernormal faculties possessing superior and supreme aspects": this refers to the sixth division, its ten practices of superior advancement. That sūtra states: "Sons of the Buddha! When this bodhisattva-mahāsattva has been able to abide peacefully in such cognition, the Buddhas, the World-Honoured Ones, further expound for him the cognition of the three periods of time, the cognition of the distinctions of the dharmadhātu, the cognition pervading all worlds, the cognition illuminating all worlds, and the cognition of loving regard for all sentient beings; to state the essentials, up to expounding for him the attainment of all-knowledge cognition."
