48.12

疏「占察經」等者，經具五懺悔。勸請云「唯願十方一切菩薩，未成正覺者願速成正覺，已成正覺者願常住世，轉正法輪不入涅槃。」釋曰：即具三也。

As for the commentary's phrase "The Zhancha jing, etc.": that sūtra fully possesses the five confessions. In entreating, it says: "I only wish that all bodhisattvas of the ten directions who have not yet attained true enlightenment may quickly attain true enlightenment; and that those who have already attained true enlightenment may always remain in the world, turning the wheel of the true Dharma and not entering nirvāṇa." Explanation: this contains all three.
