48.11

疏「智論復加請佛住世」者，如《十住毘婆沙》亦請住世，云「十方一切佛，現在成道者，我請轉法輪，安樂諸眾生。十方一切佛，若欲捨壽命，我今頭面禮，勸請令久住。」

As for the commentary's phrase "The Upadeśa further adds entreating the Buddha to remain in the world": this is like the Daśabhūmika-vibhāṣā also entreating [the Buddha] to remain in the world, saying: "All buddhas of the ten directions / who presently attain the path, / I entreat to turn the wheel of the Dharma / and bring peace and joy to all sentient beings. / All buddhas of the ten directions, / if they wish to relinquish their lifespan, / I now bow with head and face / and entreat them to remain long."
