疏「次句阿含」者，即經「亦是清淨法光明門」。言「法門名為法體」者，則顯光明是用。體有二義：一即上地法，由此證真故能了俗，名為光明。二即後得智為體，能了一切餘法。餘法門者，差別法也。

Regarding the commentary’s "The next phrase is the āgama": this refers to the sūtra’s "and is also the luminous gateway of the pure Dharma." Saying "the Dharma gateway is termed the essence of Dharma" reveals that the illumination is the function. Essence has two meanings: first, it is the Dharma of the higher grounds; because one realizes the real by means of this, one is able to comprehend the conventional, which is termed "luminous." Second, it takes subsequent cognition as its essence, which is able to comprehend all other dharmas. "Other Dharma gateways" are distinctive dharmas.
