疏「九住出世間智故」者，即釋經住法。而論經云「歸依法」，論釋云「依出世間智故，謂四地證智是所歸依。」

Regarding the commentary's statement, "9. Because of abiding in supramundane cognition": this explains the sūtra's "abiding in the Dharma." But the treatise's sūtra text says "taking refuge in the Dharma," and the treatise's commentary explains: "Because of relying on supramundane cognition, this means that the realized cognition of the fourth stage is that which is taken as refuge."
