第七《法華經》三變淨土者，此為三乘權教菩薩染淨未亡者言，移諸天人置於他土，非實是權。
Regarding the seventh, the threefold transformed pure lands of the Saddharmapuṇḍarīka Sūtra: this is spoken for provisional-teaching bodhisattvas of the three vehicles who have not yet eliminated [the duality of] defilement and purity, relocating the devas and humans to other lands; it is not ultimate, but provisional.
