新華嚴經論 8.2

8.2

稽首十方清淨海，法界真報盧遮那，
六位因果諸菩薩，文殊普賢大海眾，
所說法門清淨海，果德圓滿金剛句。
我今釋此微妙典，將欲廣利諸眾生，
令於法門無罣礙，諸有見聞獲大利。
唯願眾聖垂加護，皆同遮那清淨海。

Bowing my head to the pure ocean of the ten directions,
To the true saṃbhogakāya of the dharmadhātu, Rocana,
To the bodhisattvas of cause and effect across the six stages,
To Mañjuśrī, Samantabhadra, and the vast oceanic assembly,
To the pure ocean of the dharma-gates they expounded,
And to the diamond verses of consummate fruitional virtue.
I now explain this subtle and profound scripture,
Wishing to broadly benefit all sentient beings,
So that they may be unhindered in the dharma-gates,
And all who see or hear it may gain great benefit.
I only pray that all the holy ones bestow their protection,
So that all may unite in the pure ocean of Rocana.
