Regarding the tenth, the pure land where Vairocana dwells: this is the Lotus Treasury Buddha-world as numerous as the fine dust motes of ten buddha-kṣetras, entirely encompassing purity and defilement, without defilement and without purity, without marks of above and below, "this" and "that", self and other. Each individual buddha-land fills the dharmadhātu without mutual obstruction or division. Briefly speaking of lands as numerous as the fine dust motes of ten buddha-kṣetras is to make it known that inexhaustible buddha-lands do not step outside a single speck of dust; because there is neither large nor small, no limited quantity is established. Taking the Dharma as its boundary, it has no finite limits, with an ocean of marks, unmixed and mixed, and forms upon forms. This is the true reward, not encompassed by the provisional.
