經曰「設我得佛」至「不取正覺」者，述云：此第四、利益自土願，即聞法自在也。

The sūtra says: "If, when I attain Buddhahood..." up to "may I not attain complete enlightenment." The commentary states: This is the fourth [section], the vow benefiting his own realm, which is the sovereign mastery in hearing the Dharma.
