經曰「設我得佛」至「不取正覺」者，述云：此第五、攝他方願。有二：此初、加力不退願也。

The sūtra says: "If, when I attain Buddhahood..." up to "may I not attain complete enlightenment." The commentary states: This is the fifth [section], the vows gathering other realms. There are two: this first is the vow of non-retrogression through added power.
