經曰「又聲聞菩薩」至「不可稱說」者，述云：此第二、顯眾無數。即願聲聞無邊之所成也。《往生論》名眾莊嚴故。頌云「天人不動眾清淨智海生」故。

On the sūtra passage from "Furthermore, the śrāvakas and bodhisattvas" to "cannot be described": The Commentary states: This second part reveals that the assembly is countless. This is what was accomplished by the vow that śrāvakas be limitless. The *Wang sheng lun* calls this the adornment of the assembly, as the verse says: "The unshakeable assembly of devas and humans / Is born from the pure ocean of wisdom."
