經曰「神智洞達」至「一切世界」者，述云：此第三、略歎德勝。即願得他心智、宿命、說一切智、智慧辯才等之所成也。

On the sūtra passage from "Their divine wisdom thoroughly penetrates" to "all worlds": The Commentary states: This third part briefly praises the excellence of their virtues. This is what was accomplished by the vows to obtain the knowledge of others' minds, knowledge of past lives, preaching omniscience, wisdom, eloquence, and so forth.
