經曰「譬如恒沙」至「威神難量」者，述云：第二、淨土果。有三：此初、歎諸佛土也。光遍諸國者，即佛施光明莊嚴其國。威神難量者，即佛神通莊嚴其土。佛於彼土懃作化事，故云精進。現化算表，故云難量。

On the passage where the sūtra states, "Like the sands of the Ganges..." up to "its awe-inspiring power difficult to measure": The commentary states: The second part is the fruit of the pure land. There are three parts: this is the first, praising the lands of the buddhas. "Light pervades the lands" means the Buddha extends his light to adorn his lands. "Its awe-inspiring power difficult to measure" means the Buddha's spiritual powers adorn his land. Because the Buddha diligently performs transformative work in that land, it says "vigor." Because his transformations manifest beyond calculation, it says "difficult to measure."
