經曰「儻有疑意」至「當為說之」者，述云：此後、勸令請問也。儻，若也設也。

The sūtra says: "If there are doubts" down to "I will explain them for you." The commentary states: Next, it admonishes them to ask questions. "Tang" (儻) means "if" or "supposing."
