經曰「今佛慈愍」至「解脫憂苦」者，述云：此第二、領佛慈利也。

The sūtra says: "Now the Buddha compassionately pities" down to "liberating from anxiety and suffering." The commentary states: This second part is comprehending the Buddha's compassionate benefit.
