經曰「佛語教誡」至「莫不究暢」者，述云：此第三、歎說深善也。甚深善者，歎教利深。智慧明見者，歎智普達。橫達十方故八方上下，竪通三世故去來今，可謂莫不究暢。

The sūtra says: "The Buddha's spoken instructions and admonitions" down to "none are not thoroughly comprehended." The commentary states: This third part praises the profound goodness of his teaching. "Extremely profound and good" praises the profound benefit of the teaching. "Wisdom and clear seeing" praises the universal reach of his wisdom. Horizontally reaching the ten directions, it encompasses the eight directions, zenith, and nadir; vertically penetrating the three times, it encompasses past, future, and present: it can indeed be called "none are not thoroughly comprehended."
