經曰「佛語彌勒」至「佛皆哀之」者，述云：第二、釋所持。有二：此初、結彰己悲也。

On the passage from the sūtra beginning "The Buddha said to Maitreya" to "the Buddha pities them all": the commentary states: Second is the explanation of those whom [the Buddha] sustains. There are two parts: this first part concludes and manifests his own compassion.
