3.99

經曰「如是世人」至「且自見」者，述云：第三、顯癡過。有三：此初、自無正信也。坐者由也。由不信故，專執自見，即其失也。

The sūtra says: "Such worldly people" down to "relying on their own views." The commentary states: The third part reveals the fault of delusion. There are three parts: this first is lacking right faith oneself. "Zuo" (坐) means "due to." Due to lack of faith, they cling exclusively to their own views; this is their fault.
