「『如此菩薩，但聞其名獲無量福，何況諦觀。』」聞名獲福，如〈普門品〉廣說。四、教次觀。

"[The Buddha said:] 'For such a bodhisattva, merely hearing his name brings boundless merit; how much more so attentively contemplating him!'" Gaining merit by hearing his name is explained extensively in the "Universal Gate Chapter." Fourth, teaching the sequence of contemplation.
