自下第三結法屬人。初「知煩惱、煩惱因」等，結前無漏，得果屬佛，先結屬佛、後就明常。「不知惱」下，結上有漏得果屬凡，先結屬凡、後就其人明陰無常。

Next below, the third concludes the dharmas as belonging to persons. First, "knowing afflictions, the causes of afflictions," and so forth concludes the earlier uncontaminated [dharmas], whose attainment of the fruit belongs to the Buddha; first concluding that they belong to the Buddha, and afterwards clarifying permanence with respect to that. From "not knowing afflictions" onwards, he concludes that the contaminated [dharmas] above, whose attainment of the fruit belongs to ordinary beings; first concluding that they belong to ordinary beings, and afterwards clarifying with respect to those persons that their skandhas are impermanent.
