2.136

第二段中，初依經唱制，「若有比丘畜如是」下依法治罪。於中，初先如法治罰，「如來先」下引說證成，明合治罰。

In the second section, first he proclaims the rules in accordance with the scripture; from "If there is a monk who keeps such" onward deals with offenses according to the Dharma. Therein, first he punishes according to the Dharma; from "The Tathāgata previously" onward cites the teaching to verify and substantiate, clarifying that it is appropriate to punish.
