第四句中，彼惡比丘聞正違背名「知國人逃叛者眾」，使其惡黨為作留礙名「遣栴陀守邏諸道」。

In the fourth clause, that the evil monk heard that the correct had rebelled is called 'knowing that the people of the state who fled and rebelled were numerous.' Causing his evil faction to create obstacles is called 'dispatching caṇḍālas to guard and patrol all the roads.'
