就下約教明了義中，「若有戒等不違四」者不違前四，「亦應依止」結明可依。

In the subsequent explanation of the definitive meaning with respect to the teaching, "if there are precepts and so forth that do not contradict the four" means not contradicting the preceding four; "one should also rely upon them" concludes by clarifying what can be relied upon.
