犯中，初明為利詐善，欲令他人知己乞士，「如是比丘多愚癡」下為利詐善，「欲令他人知己是聖」下結為犯。

Under infraction, it first clarifies that for the sake of gain they feign goodness, wishing to make others know that they are almsmen. From "Such monks are very foolish" below, they feign goodness for the sake of gain. From "Wishing to make others know that they are sages" below, it concludes this as an infraction.
