第二難中，「若非虛妄實與樂」者，以理定佛，「而諸眾生何故不以佛菩薩力一切受樂」即事以徵。

In the second objection, "If it is not false and truly gives joy" establishes the Buddha['s assertion] by reason; "Then why do sentient beings not all experience joy through the power of the buddhas and bodhisattvas?" questions it based on actual circumstances.
