In the latter part, "You ask what difference there is" reiterates the preceding words of the question, next promises to expound it, and below explains it in detail. First, relying on the worldly bodhisattva mentioned before, it clarifies their non-difference: "Those who, upon first hearing this sūtra, bring forth the aspiration with faith and reverence are termed worldly bodhisattvas" identifies the persons who are not different. "All the world does not know, see, or realize it; such bodhisattvas likewise do not know it" reveals the characteristics of their non-difference. It is not that bringing forth the aspiration with faith and reverence is not different from the world; here, it specifically speaks of them as identical with respect to not yet knowing, seeing, or realizing.
