次明離塵，於中有二：一修正治、二「如屋」下用之離過。前修治中，初觀真諦，「生土石」下觀察世諦。觀真諦中，先觀生空，「見一切」下觀察法空。觀生空中，句別有四：一不見我、二不見我所、三不見眾生、四不見所用。

Next, clarifying departure from dust, within which there are two parts: 1. cultivating the correct antidote; 2. from "like a house" downward, applying it to depart from faults. In the earlier cultivation, it first contemplates the true truth; from "generates [the mark of] earth and stones" downward, it contemplates the conventional truth. In contemplating the true truth, it first contemplates the emptiness of persons; from "seeing all" downward, it contemplates the emptiness of dharmas. In contemplating the emptiness of persons, the clauses specifically have four: 1. not seeing a self; 2. not seeing what belongs to a self; 3. not seeing sentient beings; 4. not seeing what is used.
