上來廣明如來非漏，「云何如來非無漏」下明非無漏，先問後辯。

Above, it has extensively explained that the Tathāgata is not [with] outflows. From "How is it that the Tathāgata is not without outflows?" downward, it explains not being without outflows, first asking and then explaining.
