上來廣明一切不定，「以是緣」下總以結之，先結如來，後結凡夫，二乘不定略而不結。

Above, it has extensively explained that everything is non-fixed. From "For this reason..." downward, it concludes overall: first concluding with the Tathāgata, and afterwards concluding with ordinary persons; the non-fixedness of the two vehicles is omitted and not concluded.
