第四句中，先舉魔請，次舉佛答。下就設難，於中先難身盡為非，「若斷」已下難其煩惱盡處為是。

In the fourth sentence, it first cites Māra's entreaty, and next cites the Buddha's reply. Below, it raises an objection based on this; herein, it first objects to the exhaustion of the body being incorrect; from "If severance..." onward, it objects to the place where defilements are exhausted being it.
