第二段中，「一切眾生有首楞嚴」明其當有。「以不修故不能見」者彰其不見。

In the second section, "All sentient beings have the Śūraṅgama" explains their future possession. "Because they do not cultivate it, they cannot see it" reveals their lack of seeing.
