難第二解：明涅槃斷言語、絕心行、無名無相，所以是絕者，亦不然。若涅槃絕同真諦絕者，亦應涅槃同真諦頑。涅槃不可同真諦頑者，則涅槃不可同真諦絕。

Refuting the second explanation: clarifying that nirvāṇa cuts off words, transcends mental activity, and is devoid of name and mark, and is therefore transcendent—this is also not correct. If the transcendence of nirvāṇa were identical to the transcendence of ultimate truth, then nirvāṇa should also be insentient like ultimate truth. Since nirvāṇa cannot be insentient like ultimate truth, nirvāṇa cannot be transcendent in the same way as ultimate truth.
