述曰：此顯能除戒性福業障。此亦三門，如前應知。初門有三：一攝律儀戒障，如經「破尸羅軌則」故。言尸羅者，別解脫戒。言軌則者，於往來等正知而住。二攝善法戒障，如經「毀正見棄多聞增上慢」故。三攝有情戒障，如經「復令無量俱胝有情墮大險坑」故。次示障過患門者，如經「於地獄等流轉無窮」故。後聞佛勝利門者，如經「乃至三聚速圓滿」故。

The Commentary states: This reveals the ability to eliminate obstacles to meritorious karma of the nature of moral discipline. This also has three sections, which should be understood as before. The first section has three parts: first, the obstacle to the moral discipline of restraint, as the sūtra states, 'breaking the śīla and rules of conduct.' The word 'śīla' refers to the prātimokṣa precepts. The words 'rules of conduct' refer to dwelling with clear comprehension during coming, going, and so forth. Second, the obstacle to the moral discipline of collecting wholesome dharmas, as the sūtra states, 'destroying right view, abandoning extensive learning, and having superior conceit.' Third, the obstacle to the moral discipline of benefiting sentient beings, as the sūtra states, 'further causing immeasurable koṭis of sentient beings to fall into a vast precipice.' Next, the section showing the faults of the obstacle is as the sūtra states, 'transmigrating endlessly in the hells and so forth.' Finally, the section on the supreme benefits of hearing [the name of] the Buddha is as the sūtra states, 'up to swiftly perfecting the three clusters [of precepts].'
