經曰「亦隨彌勒」以下，第二從下生。謂若六事行、三業圓、上品生彼者，隨下生，初會聞法。

From the sūtra's words "Also following Maitreya" onward is the second: descending in his retinue. This means that if one performs the six matters, perfects the three karmas, and is born there in the upper grade, one will descend in his retinue and hear the Dharma at the first assembly.
