經曰「爾時大將」以下，第二長者眾。此中四：初魔王勸出家；二長者請佛，佛為說法；三聞法得益；四長者出家。略結時眾，可准也。善財等者，善來得戒也。

From the sūtra's words 'At that time the general' onward, this is the second, the elders' assembly. Here there are four parts: first, the Demon King encourages them to go forth; second, the elders request the Buddha, and the Buddha preaches the Dharma for them; third, hearing the Dharma and gaining benefit; fourth, the elders go forth. This briefly concludes the assembly of that time, which can be understood accordingly. Regarding 'Śrīvatsa and others': they obtained the precepts by 'Come, monk!' (ehibhikṣu).
