1.77

問：若爾，釋迦生天時誰造宮？答：更無作，令莊嚴。然應物非一，不致疑。是故《佛本行經》第五云「護明菩薩生兜率時，諸天宮殿自然莊嚴。」

Question: If so, when Śākyamuni was born in heaven, who created the palace? Answer: No one created it anew; [causes] brought about its adornment. However, manifestations to beings are not uniform, so this should not give rise to doubt. Therefore, the fifth fascicle of the *Abhiniṣkramaṇasūtra* says: "When Bodhisattva Prabhāpāla was born in Tuṣita, the palaces of the devas were spontaneously adorned."
