汝行詣維摩詰問疾。迦旃延白佛言：世尊！我不堪任詣彼問疾。所以者何？憶念昔者佛為諸比丘略說法要。
"You go to Vimalakīrti to inquire about his illness." Kātyāyana said to the Buddha, "World-Honoured One, I am not capable of going there to inquire about his illness. Why is this? I recall in the past the Buddha briefly expounded the essentials of the Dharma for the monks.
