天曰：以聲聞法化眾生，故我為聲聞；以因緣法化眾生，故我為辟支佛；以大悲法化眾生，故我為大乘。
The goddess said: "Teaching sentient beings by means of the śrāvaka Dharma, I am therefore a śrāvaka; teaching sentient beings by means of the Dharma of dependent origination, I am therefore a pratyekabuddha; teaching sentient beings by means of the Dharma of great compassion, I am therefore the Mahāyāna.
