二、明具十法成三乘者，三觀乃是乘之正體，若不約十法和合，則「乘」義不成。所以者何？三乘悉能運出三界火宅，必須正、助、眾善和合，故運用之義成也。就此即為三意：一、出十法名；二、明次第成乘；三、料簡。

Second, clarifying that possessing the ten dharmas accomplishes the three vehicles: the three contemplations are the direct substance of the vehicle; if not in harmony with the ten dharmas, the meaning of 'vehicle' is not established. Why is this so? The three vehicles can all transport one out of the burning house of the triple realm; primary, auxiliary, and manifold wholesome factors must be in harmony, and thus the meaning of transporting is accomplished. In this there are three points: first, listing the names of the ten dharmas; second, clarifying the sequential accomplishment of the vehicle; third, analysis.
