二、有師言，修多羅此翻言契，以契會為義。世尊如法相解，用四悉檀如法相說，世界悉檀說法，即是契情；為人、對治兩悉檀說法，即是契行；第一義悉檀說法，即契理也。

Second, some masters say sūtra translates here as "tally" (qi), taking "tallying and joining" as its meaning. The World-Honoured One understands in accordance with the mark of dharmas, and uses the four siddhāntas to preach in accordance with the mark of dharmas: preaching through the mundane siddhānta tallies with sentiments; preaching through the for-persons and curative siddhāntas tallies with practice; preaching through the paramārtha siddhānta tallies with principle.
