「以斯妙法」下次二行，歎法妙天人受益。生滅四諦為妙法也，能令眾生畢故不造新謂之妙法。

The next two lines, beginning with "Through this wondrous Dharma", praise the wondrousness of the Dharma and the benefits received by devas and humans. The Four Truths of arising and ceasing are the wondrous Dharma; being able to cause sentient beings to exhaust the old and not create the new is called the wondrous Dharma.
