「毀譽不動」下，三、兩行總結歎者，生身之佛八風不動，以大悲三念之德，婆羅門女謗而不戚、諸天大梵讚而不忻，八風不動如須彌也。是歎斷德。「於善不善等以慈」者，歎智德也。睺羅三摩、調達三呵，呵令改惡、摩令進善，慈心一也。「心行平等」者，約三念處以明平等：一香塗左、二刀割右、三不塗不割，視之平等無有異想，此據色法為三念處。順我法不喜、違我法不嗔，不違不順常行捨心，此約心法明三念處。佛心於此慈念平等。孰，誰也。人寶者，智人為寶，能別真偽，故聞者敬承。

From "Unshaken by blame or praise" down, the third [part], spanning two lines, is the general concluding praise. The birth body of the Buddha is unshaken by the eight winds: through the virtue of the three stations of mindfulness of great compassion, when the brāhmaṇa maiden slandered him he was not grieved, and when the gods and great Brahmā praised him he was not overjoyed; he was unmoved by the eight winds like Mount Sumeru. This praises the virtue of severance. "Equally compassionate toward the good and the non-good" praises the virtue of wisdom. [Toward] Rāhula's thrice-performed stroking of the head and Devadatta's thrice-performed reproaches: he reproached [Devadatta] to cause him to reform evil, and stroked [Rāhula's head] to cause him to advance in goodness, his compassionate mind being one and the same. "Practicing impartiality of mind" clarifies impartiality in terms of the three stations of mindfulness: first, anointing the left [arm] with fragrant paste; second, carving the right [arm] with a knife; third, neither anointing nor carving—viewing these impartially without divergent conceptions. This is based on material phenomena (rūpadharma) as the three stations of mindfulness. Not rejoicing when one accords with my Dharma, not angering when one goes against my Dharma, and constantly practicing equanimity whether neither contravening nor according: this explains the three stations of mindfulness in terms of mental phenomena (cittadharma). In this, the Buddha's mind maintains impartial compassionate mindfulness. "Whom" (shu) means who. "Treasure among humans": a wise person is a treasure, able to discern the true from the false; hence those who hear [him] revere and accept [his words].
